• PicDoc is a state of the art image analysis and documentation software for Windows.
• With PicDoc you can display, analyse, combine, document and save while creating a printable report.

• PicDoc has its roots in the field of professional image processing, and this shows in the exact and accurate functionality. PicDoc reads in all standard image formats, displays the images, prints and saves them. PicDoc can even convert the images to a different image format before saving them...
• A unique feature of PicDoc is that it is "document based" - the document that you create on the screen while you analyse the images can be printed instantly as a report. Images, points, lines, areas, polygons, text and tables can be placed and scaled freely in the document. To make life easier, you can prepare templates to make repetative report writing quick and enjoyable.
• With an appropriate FrameGrabber, images can be captured from a CCD camera. These images then become available immediately for analysis and reporting.
• PicDoc does not require any specialist hardware and will run on any standard PC (386 or better) with at least 8MB of RAM, and a graphics card and monitor that will support 800x600 points at 256 colours.
• PicDoc is easy to learn and to operate.
• PicDoc will read grey scale or colour images and display them at sizes and aspect ratios determined by the user. With the aid of slide controls, the image quality can be enhanced. With other functions, the images can be sharpened, distorted, mirrorred or turned.
• User defined areas can be enlarged, and images can be combined, or two images add- ed, averaged or subtracted.
